We use Australia Post for all of our shipping.
Australia post uses weight to determine cost of shipping which is calculated at checkout.
Please ensure we have ALL of your details including email for tracking purposes.
LOSS AND DAMAGE….
Heart Fire Candles take no responsibility for lost orders, however, if a product is damaged in transit, please contact us and include a photograph of the product in the shipping package and we will send a replacement product of the same, unless we are out of stock, in which case we will issue a refund.
Cost of shipping returns and replacements are the responsibility of the customer, not Heart Fire Candles.
